bears & glaciers

Glacier valley in Serra da Estrela is a beautiful and still wild place in the heart of Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Waking up to this view is quite something.  

"Placa do elefante" a great new slab immersed in the glacier valley in  Serra da Estrela Natural Park 

A bit higher in the valley among the oak forest is this huge boulder with a few unexplored lines.

Pena on "Pistolão" 7b+, one of the high lines of the boulder.

On the other face of the mountain lies a more sunny boulder area, Pedra do Urso or "Bear's Boulder".
